Supercharged Staging process

Our escrow partner, Escrow.com https://www.escrow.com/learn-more/how-escrow-works/how-escrow-works provides a trusted third party that collects funds and disburses them when both parties involved in an online transaction are satisfied that all terms and conditions have been met.

You will receive an email from Escrow.com asking you to set up an account. After the account is set up, you will be asked to place the amount estimated for staging your property (generally $12-$15  per square foot and the $2000 fee for our services) in escrow to cover the entire staging process. 

Please be aware that the actual amount required to stage your property may vary based on issues discovered in the staging process. You will be kept informed throughout the process. In rare cases, the total may exceed the estimated staging costs. In this case, you will be notified, and the additional funds required will be invoiced separately. 

We will send milestone or phase requests for you to release part of the funds as money is needed to purchase furniture and supplies. You will need to approve these requests to continue the staging process.

We will provide an on-going record of all purchases and expenditures done using your escrow account funds.

Any remaining funds after staging is completed will be released back to you.
