Your property must be in Stage Ready condition before we can begin staging.

We manage the entire staging process for you:

• Our team of Vacation Rental Professionals will consult with you to make sure all your staging needs are met.
• We will order all furniture and appliances, prepare the house for Vacation Rental, do repairs and cleanings, stock it with consumables, and more.
• No need to hire expensive contractors for each separate service - we take care of the entire process, so you can focus on other things.
• For property owners living farther away from their home for an extended period, this service is a godsend.
• We'll make sure you have the most up-to-date furnishings, décor, and consumables for your property launch.
• We're equipped with a network of skilled contractors to take care of any necessary repairs, cleanings, or other jobs that may arise during the process.
• Our Stress Testing program (a $250 value) is included in the package. This program is our proprietary system whereby every system in your home is tested against vacation rental standards. This program has proven to prevent maintenance issues in the first few bookings that are often seen when a new property is launched without this testing. This program alone can prevent bad reviews for those critical early bookings thereby protecting your revenue.

Our fee is based on a minimum of 20 project management hours, but in truth our team always exceeds that mark. We don’t stop until your property is ready for launch.

The process begins with establishing a staging budget. You’ll meet with one of experienced property professionals to go through every line item.  

Once that’s all set, you deposit the budgeted amount into our secure third-party escrow system. We then draw from the escrow account to complete all the steps to get your property launched quickly. You have a full accounting of the process and get project updates throughout.

Payment for the Supercharged Staging Program is done in two parts (this is the payment for our services - not the cash put in escrow to purchase furniture, etc). 

The initial $1000 payment is processed when staging begins. The remaining balance is paid when you property is launched on the major channels (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).

We all know that maintenance is a necessity, and we struggle to come up with solutions to solve the problems we face in maintaining our homes. 

Maintenance and repair work can be expensive, time-consuming, and even DIY jobs take a lot of time and effort. It is worth noting that testing and prevention is by far the best way to avoid maintenance breakdowns in your property. 

In this process, we test every appliance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing system in your proper in conditions like would be seen with guests staying at your property. We’ve found this testing prevents many complaints and bad reviews.

It is essential that one tests their household systems before launch to make sure that everything operates smoothly. It is also necessary to test the system's safety features, like stove-top burners, ovens, and microwaves.

This process is so essential to a successful to a successful vacation rental launch that we require a successful Stress Test before we can list any property. You have the option of doing the test yourself (we’ll provide the needed instructions and checklist) or have our staff complete the initial test and any needed follow-ups.

Price: 5% increase on Cohost Share Amount

Every vacation rental must have an extensive list of consumable supplies on hand for every guest. This includes k-cups, condiments, dishwasher and washing machine soap, bath supplies, etc.
Of course, whenever supplies are used by guests, someone must count the items against stock levels and determine what is needed to replenish the stock. 

We provide part of this service for our Premium Cohosts. Each month, they get a full inventory count showing what needs to be ordered. We then stock the needed supplies as they are received. 

Our Essential Cohosts receive a reminder that they need to conduct an inventory every month.
This product offers a complete service whereby we inventory, order, and refill stock as needed. 

With this program, we pay for the supplies! We take care of everything – you never need to order supplies or worry about stock levels.
